Second place went to Mirko Gozzoli and Edita Daniute from Italy, on only their second competition together, and they already received a rupturous applause after they were called for second place in the Tango and Quickstep (they were placed second in all the dances). We have noted Mirko and Edita doing a lot more very basic steps throughout the whole competition than usually chosen by dancers at this level.
